Dr. Ashkan Amalshi, graduated in 2018 from Fuller Theological Seminary/School of Psychology program with his Doctorate degree in Psychology. He has been providing mental health services to families as early as 2010 and has utilized Applied Behavioral Analysis to improve minors' social, independent living, self-care, communication, community integration, and self-direction skills as well as psychoeducating families on parenting skills and behavioral interventions. He completed his clerkship at Fuller Psychological and Family Services during which he had the opportunity to administer comprehensive neuropsychological testings to assess for diagnostic clarification, evaluate cognitive functioning, and inform treatment and academic accommodatio

Dr. Amlashi is currently employed with Kern County as a Pre-Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing mental health services to minors and juveniles with history of sexual offense/abuse. Moreover, he provides didactic training on Child Protective Services mandated reporting for the county employees.

Additionally, Dr. Amlashi and his wife, Belona Hardin, have hosted a show called Family Matters to help Farsi speaking families with marital and parenting skills.

Dr. Amlashi is also an academically trained theologian and graduated in 2016 from Fuller Theological Seminary with the degree of Masters in Christian Leadership. Furthermore, he is a visiting lecturer at Pars Theological Centre teaching on topics of integration including Gender Identify and Sexuality in Christianity and Practices of Spiritual Formation. He has been a co-host of Pezhvak, a Persian TV show, with focus on the spiritual formation of individuals.

Dr. Amlashi and his wife have recently dedicated themselves to serving the Farsi speaking community as members of the pastoral board of Iranians United Church. With the heart and devotion to Christ's church, they have served the Christian community with other pastors and ministers in Church Matters Ministry focused on supporting Christian churches.

Appearing as a guest speaker on online ministries including Revelation Room and Farsi Catholic, Dr. Amlashi has educated Christians on topics of Christian Counseling to promote spiritual and psychological growth.
